The GelamPro Silicon Topcoat Premium - Spachtelputz & Structured Plaster 1.5 mm is a top quality silicone resin crépi for exterior facades. This textured plaster is designed to provide long-term protection for facades against dirt, moisture and weathering, while keeping the color fresh for years. Thanks to the unique combination of acrylic and silicone resin, this crépi is water-repellent, yet vapor-permeable - keeping walls protected and breathable.
The plaster has strong dirt-resistant properties, which ensures a long-lasting clean facade surface, especially in rainy conditions. In addition, the product is resistant to algae and mold, keeping your facade beautiful and healthy. The fine 1.5 mm grain gives a sleek and stylish spachtelputz effect.
Processing is easy and suitable for both professional plasterers and do-it-yourselfers. Thanks to its good workability, crépi can be applied between +1 °C and +25 °C, offering flexibility on site.
