GelamPro Silicon Precoat - 25 kg is a professional processing-ready silicone primer, specially developed for crépi, decorative plaster and spachtelputz. This deep primer ensures optimum adhesion and stabilization of the substrate, allowing the final finish to be applied permanently and evenly.
Thanks to its strong penetrating power, this primer strengthens weak or sandy plasters and chalking old paint coats. In addition, it regulates the suction of mineral substrates such as lime plasters, sand-lime brick, brick and porous concrete. The result: uniform absorption of coatings and a tight end result.
The Silicon Precoat is low-emission, solvent-free, and therefore environmentally friendly and safe to use. In addition, it is alkali-resistant, water vapor permeable and fast-drying, which significantly reduces processing time. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and applicable by brush, roller or airless sprayer.
