GelamPro Silicon Precoat is a high-quality, ready-to-use silicone primer specially developed as a pretreatment for plasters, decorative renders, and textured finishes. This deep-penetrating primer promotes adhesion and stabilizes the substrate, ensuring the final coat can be applied durably, evenly, and professionally.

Thanks to its highly penetrative capacity, the primer consolidates sandy or powdery substrates and old paint layers. Furthermore, it equalizes the absorption of mineral substrates such as lime plasters, calcium silicate, brick, and cellular concrete. This results in a uniform absorption of the finishing products and a smooth, durable end result.

GelamPro Silicon Precoat is low-emission, solvent-free, alkali-resistant, vapour-permeable, and quick-drying – properties that contribute to an ecological and efficient facade preparation. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and easy to apply by brush, roller, or airless spray.
